Our All Inclusive Service includes:
Outside perimeter check of the property, garage and home
- all entry points (windows and doors) are checked to ensure they are secure;
- steps and landing in-front of door snow shoveled;
- start/run vehicles and clear snow off vehicles;
Interior home check
- plumbing leaks, water tank leaks, sump pump/sump pit check, heating system functioning, freezer check;
- installation of light timers (we supply at no extra charge) to give appearance of lights going on and off at various times;
- take in the mail (and forward the mail to you at your destination if desired);
- water plants;
- ensure fridge and freezer are working;
- we will send you a courtesy email after each home check to give you that additional peace of mind that your home is safe and secure;
Extra Charges
Alarm Call Response
- we will respond to burglar alarm calls at your home at any time of the day or night.
Attending to incidents, break-in, plumbing/heating issues
- we will remain at your home and will make sure your home is secure in an emergency. We will arrange for any necessary repairs to maintain the safety and physical integrity of the home and to mitigate further damage, in consultation with the homeowner, if possible.
